The new cocktail lounge in the Supperclub is a large and lovely space to enjoy a special libation.

APT. AMSTERDAM COCKTAIL BAR AT SUPPERCLUB

Drop in to Apt. before or after a dinner or clubnight at Supperclub Amsterdam, or just go for a drink one evening.

The cocktail menu is short and sweet but there is a good stock of liquors and wines on the menu as well. The drinks menus are hidden in old books and the beverage lists are interspersed with art.

The large space holds two bars (one with what looks like a dentist’s lamp?) for convenient ordering and there is lots of comfy seating. Look up! There is art on the ceiling. Perhaps something to gaze at as you prepare to pass out from too many cocktails?

Supperclub used to be housed near Dam Square but has recently relocated to the Odeon building on Singel near Leidsestraat. A gorgeous structure from the 1600s, the Odeon has previously been a brewery, concert hall, cinema, auction house, disco, restaurant and club.

The building is also home to a beer bar called Hoppa! with lots of local craft beers in bottle from Butcher’s Tears, Two Chefs Brewing, Oedipus and more.
