Felicia is a new culinary collaboration in the Stadsschouwburg at Leidseplein. What can you find there? Space age liquid nitrogen cooled ice cream, sorbets, fresh juices and more!
FELICIA • COME TASTE TERRIFIC ICE CREAM
A special surprise you’ll find here is ice cream made with liquid nitrogen by Glacier Fou. This isn’t just a fun gimmick however. This technique yields super smooth and creamy ice cream and the creative flavor combinations will knock your socks off. We tried the asparagus ice cream with candied bacon topping and it was deeee-licious! Next time we’ll sample the beer flavor made with Oedipus Brewing‘s Panty stout.
Have you ever seen ice cream made with liquid nitrogen? Check it out!
Also in the space is lovely sorbets from Myrthe’s and healthy fresh juices from Aloha Juice. Do you want to try the richest and chocolatey-est sorbet ever? Go for the chocolate mango orange. It’s one of the best we’ve ever tried. The pear and lime sorbet sounds refreshing and intriguing.
If you are a fan of ice cream and sorbet – be sure to pop into this place soon. They will be open here until at least the end of the year.
The entrance is on the side of the Stadsschouwburg building that faces the terraces of Leidseplein. Look for the signs and you can’t miss it!
