Mossel & Gin

This Westerpark hotspot has a big terrace that is the perfect place to relax with a cold drink on a sunny day. But when it’s blustery out, indoors is cozy too. With 13 different Gin & Tonic combos on the menu, you can sit and sip all day long. We love that the drinks come in “half” and “whole” sizes so we don’t feel as greedy ordering five “half” drinks… Mossel en Gin is definitely one of our favorite places for a summertime gin and tonic in Amsterdam.

Rotisserie

Serving up rotisserie chicken and burgers, Rotisserie is a little bar and cafe with excellent G&Ts with locations on both the east and west side of twon. Check their Facebook page for the regular cocktail specials which often include a creative G&T. This week it is a beetroot concoction with a beautiful hot pink glow!

Next time you visit De Foodhallen, skip the wine and beer and head to the G&T bar. We were drawn there originally because the wait for a beverage was not as long, but then we kept going back for more! And more… Also be sure to check out the cocktail bar upstairs that is open during the weekends.

Razmataz

With 50+ types of gin and tonic on the menu, Razmataz wins hands down at least on account of variety for gin and tonics in Amsterdam. Choose your favorite gin and mix it up with your favorite tonic, or let the mixologists at Razmataz advise you. This restaurant also has a terrific wine and beer menu as well as tasty food. Sometimes they even have special vermouth cocktail nights. It’s one of our new favorite spots in the neighborhood. See you there soon?

Kanarie Club

This fun bar and restaurant at De Hallen in Amsterdam Oud West has a good gin & tonic menu and a very cool atmosphere. They also make greta mojitos and moscow mules. Definitely recommend sitting upstairs at the “Pool Bar” for a fun setting or grab a table on the terrace outside if the weather is nice. What’s better than a G&T when the weather is warm?

Located below the art’otel, 5&33 is a swanky bar and lounge with a great G&T menu. The drinks have naughty names like Lady Intimacy, Sexy Monkey and French Affair. You can even take one of their gin and tonic workshops or masterclasses and learn the art of mixology to make your own. Check their website or Facebook page for the schedule.
