For amazing food, beer, music and fun don’t miss the Kimchi Festival at De Ceuvel.
On August 8-9th a variety of local food purveyors, culinary artisans and home brewers will offer their delicious treats. Then dance to the terrific selection of music to burn off all the amazing beer and food. The theme last year was “Fruit” and all the participants created a brew including fruits of the season. It was so fun that I didn’t even take any good photos, thus these terrible quality snaps! 🙂 But you get the idea.
Check out the incredible list of foodie participants this year, which includes many of our favorite folks like De IJsmakerij, Dikke Lepel, Brandt & Levie, Wilde Chutney, Best Coast Taqueria and The Beef Chief.
This festival showcases small local beer brewers like the amazing Oedipus Brewing, Oersoep from Nijmegen, the fabulous James Brews and Brew Tesla, Rotterdam’s Kaapse brouwers, De Vriendschap fellows, Two Chefs Brewing, Butcher’s Tears and many more that you have probably never heard of. But you should.
Many of the same participants as last year will be there this time, plus more! Visit the event’s Facebook page for further info.
Can you believe it? Entry is FREE! See you there, friends.
