C stands for Celsius, because what is more important in cooking than temperature? The same product can be transformed through heat or cold, changing taste and texture. The chefs at C are experimenting with temperature on all kinds of ingredients.
RESTAURANT C • BAUT IS BACK AND BETTER THAN BEFORE
With Restaurant C Michiel van der Eerde and his brother Lucas return to the site of the original BAUT to open a permanent restaurant where they can show off their talents and create beautiful food.
The spacious new Restaurant C is decorated in earth tones with dim lighting to set the mood. Choose a seat at the long bars, a table or one of the velveteen covered booths and watch the action in the open kitchen.
If the wonderful smell of food doesn’t get your tummy rumbling, whet your appetite with one of the fantastic cocktails like Handpicked Blossom with St Germain or Sammy’s Morning Wood.
Restaurant C is open all day serving lunch, dinner and borrelhapjes. Order a la carte or go for the chef’s suprise menu and treat your senses to a temperature and flavor adventure.
